  • Guest：I really enjoyed staying here during a long weekend. Karpacz can be quite busy, but this hotel is located on a hill road, and therefore, in a quiet area. There is a parking available (which tends to be full on the weekend), but you have to pay it extra (no free parking on site). Breakfast was excellent, served in a huge room, with an incredible variety of foodstuffs. But the juice from the machine was really bad - you must solve this! The hotel has an indoor swiming pool (with children section), with jacuzzi, and sauna. This is really a family-friendly hotel, with a playroom for kids, full of toys. In fact, the hotel was full of families with children, and is also pet-friendly. Spacious bar with a good selection of beers. A bit annoying procedure when you want to charge drinks to your room: they ask you to "open a credit" in the reception... This is a nasty procedure that ALL hotels should ban, since it denotes lack of trust in the clients, and makes clients feel uncorfortable. Some staff had trouble with english, but you can survive with some german. Would definitely come back, despite of the opportunities for improvement.
  • Guest：The staff was very friendly. Cleaning could be better. The food was nice and there was a good variety of food. We preferred a la cart. The hotel is located close to the center of the town, but also surrounded by nature.

  • Guest：Check in war eine Katastrophe. Obwohl zwei Zimmer gebucht, war die Dame an der Rezeption der Meinung, nur ein Zimmer w?re gebucht. Erst nach mehrmaligem Vorzeigen der Buchungsunterlagen, bekamen wir das zweite Zimmer. Also immer Buchungsunterlagen dabei haben! Zimmer und Pool sind in die Jahre gekommen, müssten dringend modernisiert werden. Aber ansonsten ist es sehr urig, gerade im Restaurant. Man muss aber wissen, dass gefühlt jeder Gast mit einem Hund da ist. Muss man m?gen, wenn man im Restaurant ist und man das Gefühl hat, man w?re im Zoo.
